Annual Report & Accountability
RTP leverages contributions, volunteer labor, and discounted and donated materials to preserve Peninsula communities and provide a positive volunteer experience for our sponsors, volunteers, and community partners. In-kind donations of material and skilled labor allow us to multiply each $1 contributed into at least $7 worth of renovations.
The average market value of an RTP home renovation is $15,000; the average market value of an RTP community facility renovation is $50,000. Over 75% of contributions directly support RTP programs, and the remainder pays for indirect costs such as fundraising, communications, and administrative expenses.
